Mini Batch Bakery was founded by the owners of local farm, Raspberry Fields. Long-time vendors of baked goodies at many of Hendersonville’s Farmers Markets, the Fields family finally “set down roots” with their own bakery in the 7th Avenue Historic District of Hendersonville in 2022. At this permanent location, you can purchase a huge selection of tasty baked goods, including cookies, muffins, pinwheels, breads, cakes, mini pies, raspberry preserves, raspberry vinegar and even raspberry sonkers (if you know, you know)!
