Tater Babies Scratch Kitchen is a Southern-style meat-and-three restaurant rooted in local ingredients, scratch-made comfort food, and an ongoing commitment to quality and affordability. The concept is led by Chef Alex Baxvanis, who grew up in the restaurant industry after his parents founded a seafood restaurant chain in 1979. Burntshirt Vineyards is an Estate Vineyard that features 25 acres of grapes at vineyards that are among the highest elevations in North Carolina and the eastern seaboard.
